Red Belfast is a groomswear tailors situated in the centre of Belfast. Since 2004 Red has been providing made to measure suits for a variety of formal occasions including weddings. With a range of suits in modern and traditional styles for a plethora of uses and occasions, it was clear that social media marketing would contribute greatly to Reds brand awareness and amplify its brand voice.

Red Groomswear wanted to grow its social media presence, promoting specific services and their expertise in the field of groomswear and tailoring. They wanted a specific focus on their made to measure service and suit hire for weddings and other formal occasions. Red Belfast wanted informative content focusing on the processes involved with bespoke tailoring and hiring. They also wanted a spotlight on their exclusive styles and designs.

They wanted a specific focus on their made to measure service and suit hire for weddings and other formal occasions. Red Belfast wanted informative content focusing on the processes involved with bespoke tailoring and hiring. They also wanted a spotlight on their exclusive styles and designs.

The Approach

We wanted to reflect the brand to new and existing customers, showcase their products in an interesting and impactful way while promoting the services and expertise offered by the specialists at Red. We used a collaborative approach to building the content for their social media. Once we learned which social media platforms would have the greatest impact, we moved on to content. 

Following the brief, we shot stunning video and photographic content to engage the audience. This content was edited and optimised for social media, and accompanied by written copy to drive the audience to take action by contacting Red or visiting their new website. We meticulously monitored the data from each post to learn about how the content was performing and if each post was receiving optimal engagement.

The RESults

Using a data-driven method of analytics, we can see the overall performance of Red Belfast’s social media posts, one, in particular, did exceptionally well, reaching almost 11,000 individuals on Facebook. 108 people made a reaction to the post, while 373 individuals followed the link in the copy to visit their website.

This post featured a short promotional video we produced specifically for their Facebook page. The video was crafted to exude the Red ethos, of sophistication and detail, boasting their branding and logos. The video followed the brief and collectively this campaign provided us with the insights to know that this approach was highly effective for Red Groomswear Belfast.
